1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver orders within 4–5 working days across Pakistan. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take an extra 1–2 days.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes ✅ We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

3. How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges depend on your city and courier service. The exact amount will be shown at checkout. From time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! 📦 Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an SMS/Email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

6. Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale/discounted items

• Undergarments or hygiene-related products

• Customized clothing (e.g., personalized or made-to-order pieces)

7. How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email us at support@genzwear.shop with your order number, reason for return, and product photos. Our support team will guide you through the process.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

If the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective, GenZ Wear will cover the return shipping costs.
For size/color changes or personal preference returns, the customer pays for return shipping.

9. How will I get my refund?

Refunds (if eligible) are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Note: COD refunds in cash are not available.

10. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
