Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.

Any public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen events may extend delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery city and courier service and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, GenZ Wear may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Delivery Method & COD

All orders are delivered via reputable third-party courier companies.

We currently operate exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
