Return & Exchange Policy

At GenZ Wear, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our website and delivered via Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling, washed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Certain items such as intimate apparel or final-sale/clearance products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Request Approval:

or WhatsApp 0316-1059908 within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
Shipping Back the Item:
After approval, you will be guided on how to send the product back. Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to us.
Inspection & Confirmation:
Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it. If it meets our policy conditions, your exchange will be processed, or a store credit/refund (if applicable) will be issued.
3. Refunds
Because we operate exclusively via Cash on Delivery, refunds (if approved) are typically issued as store credit or replacement of the product.
Direct cash refunds are only provided in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped by us, and after our team’s verification.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items after delivery.
Products purchased on final-sale, clearance, or marked “non-returnable.”
Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items, for safety reasons.
5. Privacy Alignment
Your personal details (name, phone number, delivery address) used during the return or exchange process are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share only the necessary information with our delivery partners to arrange pickup or delivery of replacement products.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time to better serve our customers. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
