1. Eligibility
Our products are available to all customers within Pakistan. We do not impose age restrictions; however, customers under 18 should place orders with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website or social channels are subject to acceptance by GenZ Wear.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS once your order has been processed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We currently operate exclusively via Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days across Pakistan; remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping charges vary depending on your city and courier service. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
From time to time, GenZ Wear may offer free shipping promotions.
5. Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
For non-returnable items (sale/discounted items, undergarments, hygiene-related products, or customized clothing), no return or exchange will be accepted.

6. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) are typically issued as store credit or bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cash refunds for COD orders are not available.
For defective or incorrectly delivered items, GenZ Wear covers the return shipping cost.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information collected during the ordering, delivery, or return process is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We share only necessary information with delivery partners to fulfill your order.
8. Intellectual Property
